Intro

Here at ETT Tech we pride ourselves with giving excellent service at a great price. Our small team is here to not only set up your technology, but also to let you know how to operate it yourself. Nobody likes complicated setups, so we try to make it as easy as possible for you to use your new technology on your own before we walk out that door.

With experience in TV setup, wall mounting, stereo setup,PC building, PC repair, PC cleanup, security camera setup and many other consumer technology products, we are here to help. Trust seems to be the most needed commodity these days, and we are nothing without it. Rest assured that we will get the job done with integrity, and if its something we cannot do, we will let you know up front before wasting your valuable time.

Work

We mostly specialise in wall mounts and computer work, although we are willing and mostly able to work on anything technology related. Most people have little issues they just don't know how to fix themselves. Not only will we be able to help with these, we can try and help you understand why the problem started in the first place, and possibly how to prevent it in the future.

About

For us it all started at Costco, we work in electronics (come visit us). People were constantly asking for help with their electronics. Sadly, most of the time we didnt have anyone to refer them to other than the geek squad, which usually seemed like the only option. We have found that Anchorage customers prefer to work with local businesses, people they can know and trust.

Bennett Hilsgen and Garrett Hawk are both specialists in different ways. Bennett has solid technical know how and can generally work through most of the issues people have. Garrett is the people person (while also being quite technical himself), he is here to give a great explanation of what is happening, and let our clients know they they are in good hands. Both of us have extensive experience in working with customers and pride ourselves on consistently providing excellent customer service.
